The President of the Football Academy Group Management Board with its registered office in Opole, as per Art. 11 of the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] Item 1000), in regards to Art.37(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679  of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L of 2016 No. 119, p.1 as amended), I inform that the function of the Inspector of the Personal Data Protection in Football Academy Group has been entrusted to:

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. The operator of www.footballacademy.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website is Football Academy Group, hereinafter referred to as the Operator
  2.  The Website aims at obtaining information about the users and their behaviour in the following manner:
  3.  recording cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices.
  4.  recording technical logs at the server, operated by our Serwis_.pl (hosting operator conducts its website under the following address https://www.footballacademy.pl).
  5.  This Policy constitutes an informative document and it is not a waiver from security policy, carried out by the Website Operator as per the personal data protection regulations (GDPR).
  6. As regards data being personal data, in light of the personal data protection regulations, the controller of the data is the Website Operator.

II. INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

  1.  The Website uses cookies.
  2.  The files called cookies are data, in particular, text files that are stored in the end user device of the Website’s User and designed to use the Website. Such files usually hold the name of the website they originate from, storage time on the end user device and unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Website User's end device and accessing them is the Website Operator or is entitled to cooperate with it.
  4.  Statistical analysis allow understanding of how the Users use websites, which enables improvement of its structure and contents;
  5.  Recording the files (so-called “cookies”) on the end user devices.
  6. Keeping the session of the Website’s User (after logging-in), which allows the User to avoid entering their log-in and password at each sub-site of the Website;
  7.  Saving the contents of a cart in the Internet shop,
  8. Specifying the user’s profile in order to adjust the materials in advertising networks, in particular, Google network.
  9.  The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. The session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the end user device until logging out, leaving the website or switching off the software (browser). The persistent cookies are stored in the end user device for a fixed time holding the parameters of cookies or until their removal by the User.
  10.  The software for browsing website (browser) usually stores the cookies by default in the end user device. The Website’s Users can introduce changes within this respect. A browser allows for removal of cookies. It is also possible to block cookies automatically. Any detailed information in this respect is placed in the support section or browser documentation.
  11.  Limitations in the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website.
  12.  The cookies recorded on the end user device of the Website’s User can also be used by the advertisers and partners as well as payment operators who cooperate with the Website operator.

III. SERVER LOGS

  1.  Information about user behaviour is maintained by the server. Such data is used exclusively to administer the website and to ensure swift operation of the hosting services.
  2. The browsed resources are identified via URL addresses. Additionally, the following items can be recorded:

  5.  client’s station name -identification through HTTP,
  6.  information about errors during HTTP transaction,
  7.  URL address of the website previously visited by the user (referrer link), in the case when the Website has been accessed through the referer link,
  8.  information about the user’s browser,
  9. information about IP address.
  10. the above data is not associated with particular website browsers.
  11. the above data is used only for the purposes of administrating the server.

IV. AVAILABLE AND ENTRUSTED DATA FOR PROCESSING

  1.  The data is made available to external entities exclusively to the extent legally permissible.
  2.  The Operator may be responsible for disclosing information collected on the Website to the body authorised under legally reasonable requests, within the scope arising out of said request.

V. MANAGING COOKIES – HOW THE CONSENT CAN BE GIVEN AND WITHDRAWN?
