An internal and standardised Football Academy training system integrates the training process incorporated into all FA soccer schools centres. An individual approach to every player allows for mastering sports skills at each stage of their development.
FA Training Manual, updated in 2019, was created by experienced coaches and members of “Football Academy Council of Coaches” and it is supplied to all FA licenced coaches.
